What else can it be besides Inner Ear (Fluid) off setting these episodes. Once they onset the episodes can last from 2-5 Hours. Trending patterns 3 days on 2 days off since, 1/10/24.
Please I Need Helpful advice or different options. I have been to ER after hours clinic as well as my PCP.
I’ve have been prescribed to Nausea and Vertigo medications, since 1/11/24. The episodes have yet to stop. I can’t work nor comfortable driving.

Thank you so much for the responses, however since I posted all this I discovered the culprit. The Eliquis was causing the issues. I was switched from years of being on Warfarin to Eliquis "cause it was easier to manage and didn't have to have labs every month." Sometimes "easy" is not the answer. Found a 2023 and about 8 case studies reflecting just what I was going through. Spoke with the Pulmo, we discontinued the Eliquis, wen back on the Warfarin and I haven't been dizzy or had vertigo since. Lost 8 months of my life and ability to be active, mobile, work-out playing patty-cake with ENT and neuro!

@jostrowski74 my problem was finally determined as bilateral occipital neuralgia. Im not sure what scd is or what kind of surgery you are getting. Neck, I have 3 fusions and spinal cord stimulator.
