@anasings I was told by my dietician that the issue is that supplements contain far more than the recommended levels of B6, which is why it's so easy to develop B6 toxicity (or any type of toxicity) from supplements. It's possible to also develop it from food, but much more difficult (unless there's some other issue going on) because it would be very hard to consume enough food to even equal the amounts of B6 that are being put in supplements.
Maybe Liquid IV (the electrolyte supplement I was taking that caused the B6 toxicity; the electrolytes are necessary for me due to another condition) heard the feedback because they've since changed their formulation and lowered the B6 in it.
