Post COVID: Anyone experiencing internal vibrations?
I have had long covid for over two years and a symptom began sporadically during the initial seven weeks that has worsened since a second covid experience. It began as a “flutter” in my chest upon waking, lasting 5 seconds or so. It is not painful just a new sensation I have never experienced. After getting covid again in February 2022, the internal vibrations have become full body and go on for forty seconds. It is always upon waking or falling asleep temporarily during meditation and waking again. Long Covid retired me from my profession and I am not under any stress. I had a recent cardiac incident (also due to long Covid) and wore a Holter monitor. I triggered it whilst having an IV incident: definitely not cardiac induced. Has anyone else experienced IV like this?

@pdoubrava sorry for that cut off post. It was a response to @diverdown regarding yoga and HIV. Was lengthy but then a tech glitch wouldnt let me send. So i tried to copy and paste. Only last sentence posted. Lol now im not seeing the original post i was trying to reply to?? After the hypothermia this am, my internal vibrating is at level 8. If i had the energy i would get on me knees and surrender to my higher power and beg for help...same way i did after getting sober many yrs ago by doing 90 in 90 AA. Frustrated but staying strong.
@baseballmom33 my internal vibrating is completely miserable. My leg tremors are crazy. When the fatigue is bad, i experience overwhelming leg tremors which remind me of myoclonic jerks while the body goes into sleep. This can happen sitting up at drs office while speaking. My head cant hold up so i recline in a chair or lay my head on their desk. Eyes shut but i can hear and respond.

I have an update that might be helpful to some. My symptoms progress over last year and into 2025 to where I would go into full AFib and that could last 8 to 10 hours. So eliminating triggers became a full-time job to avoid going into afib. I spent a lot of money and time at various doctors, scans, x-rays, blood work, etc. But, no one was able to give me any definitive answers. So, I threw my hands up and decided to find my local holistic healer ( quack Doc) because any new information could be helpful. On my second visit we had a short discussion about life and I mentioned that my wife fosters feral kittens to get them ready for adoption. I truly believe that's a calling she has from above and would not ever want to interrupt that. That said, he immediately diagnosed me as likely having a bacteria that can come from infected meats or feline feces being ingested. Toxoplasmosis is the medical term for what was most likely ailing me . He prescribed a $25 bottle of over-the-counter pills with mostly fruit extracts and some minerals that aren't found in just anything. 3 months later all of my symptoms are gone. I no longer can trigger AFib no matter how hard I try and the morning vibrations are all but eliminated at this point. Just occasionally feel it in my toes and that's about it. Nothing that actually wakes me up. So, I believe that I have been diagnosed properly and healed. I hope someone else finds this helpful.

2 Reactions@jagman toxoplasmosis is a threat to immune compromised cancer patients and pregnant women as well. I never went near litter box when i was pregnant. I use pretty litter for my cat now...its white crystals and i love it. I wash my hands after with hot water and soap for long time and then i put on hand sanitizer lol any bacteria or virus is dangerous for us. So happy to hear u figured it out. I used to trap feral cats with a humane cage from a local org, neuter spay them and rerelease into the city. That was 30 yrs ago. I love that she is fostering them for adoption. I did have one feral adopted cat back when i had 5 cats. She never let me hold or touch her but i gave her a great life, warm inside, huge windows overlooking the river, and she got along with my other cats. Was never aggressive. I found her to be very sweet but she kept her distance. One of the best things i have done recently is picked up a husky that was being abused. Paid for initial exam and shots. That dog was swooped up by a family in one day at a SPCA event. Im smiling right now just picturing her in a happy home. Bless ur wife!! It takes a village
@jagman what is the name of the 25.00 bottle please ?
@reneesc First, a correction from my last post. I had a parasite, not just bacteria. So, harder to kill w/out destroying the rest of your microbiome and needing to rebuild it. The Doctor prescribed Zymex II from the company Standard Process. It took 2.5 months and a gradually decreasing dose per day, so $75 of the product plus three $40 visits to the office. (Of course my bills from the top heart clinic in my area plus CT scans and Ultrasounds were $5500 out of pocket with zero answers). Pretty sure that Standard Process tries to sell only in doctors' offices, but it is an OTC product. Hope this is helpful.
I also have LC and I have the vibrating in my whole body...it doesn't last long. But sometimes it happens many times in a couple hours.
