@wburgb1ll - I think @moorethrpy is referring to the Western Neuropathy Association's newsletter. You can go to their resources page and join to receive the newsletters. I haven't seen this site before but it appears to have a lot of great information and similar to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy.

@johnbishop Yes, Western Neuropathy Association. You can get newsletter but last one for non members was May. They hold back current 3 mos. My article on Fall Prevention is October. I will just publish it here. Thanks for all of the other resources. Love the sharing that happens on this site.

I do balance and other exercises. I use a walker and am grateful for the security it offers. My balance is terrible and I am quite unsteady on my feet. (I was a runner!) I named my walker PITA for Pain In The Ass! But I love her! would fall without her.

I have just finished a class at the YMCA titled "Moving for Better Balance". It was twice each week for 12 weeks. I can't tell you how much this has improved my balance! It is a Tai Chi based class focused on techniques to improve one's balance. Now I'm taking "Chair Yoga", which is focused on whole-body strength and stretching. I am age 80.

@dond1
I have also recently discovered a simple way to greatly improve my balance, by using a simple method recommended by Dr. Mandell on Facebook and Youtube. Check this out: https://www.facebook.com/watch/
