SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile blood test.

If you have not had one of these test, you may want to request one. One thing it will tell you is how much of the spike protein is in your blood. Mine is over 17,000, which is high. I had the J and J shot and came down with Covid twice. Still waiting for my micro clotting test results.
This is how my LC clinic explained things to me.
The pathology of the spike protein is that it attaches to ACE 2 receptors and nicotinic receptors decreasing the ability to be released and metabolized. This causes overall inflammation throughout. Clotting cascade occurs leading to micro-clotting and hypoxic tissue causing cellular dysregulation. Anti-body response increases spike antibodies that also cause inflammation. Goal of therapy is to help release spike protein from cells, decrease overall inflammation and address micro-clotting with a layered treatment approach.
Because of my Mast Cell Activation response to the spike protein, we need to get my mast cells under control before going after the spike proteins and micro clotting.
I am not sure if my info will help anyone else, but I have many of the same symptoms that LC patients have.
I have started the treatment plan a few weeks ago and my bad insomnia has been significantly improved, sleeping 7-8 hours a night.
I have not taken any of the boosters, and after seeing my level of spike protein already in my system, it has proven a wise choice. I do wear an N95 if I am in public places.

I just recently got mine tested- above 18,000. What therapies did you try and did you have any success lowering your numbers?

I have read about a combination of supplements that are listed as "spike protein detox" recipes but I can't find research to support these protocols. I am trying time restricted eating, probiotics. Vit D and C, and vagus nerve breath work. These should be good for my health in general anyway.

Talk to your doctor about trying NAC. It’s what the LC clinic used to knock the spike proteins off of the receptors that it binds to. They used the augmented version, but I cannot tolerate it. You start on low doses and titrate up, slowly. Again. Talk to your doctor about it. Something else you can consider, but again, talk to your doctor. If you already have high amounts of spike protein antibodies, and possibly spike protein in your system and are still getting MRNA boosters, consider stopping the boosters. Remember, the boosters are causing your body to make more spike antibodies, and spike proteins. We are also finding out with studies that for some people, the spike proteins do not go away as once thought. One study, from Yale or Harvard, found spike protein in the body 800 days after acute Covid and the boosters. The studies were limited simply because 800 days of study were all that was available at the time the study was done. There are new recommendations coming out about discontinuing the boosters, unless your doctor believes the ratio to risk factor is acceptable. Another option to the boosters is to wear N95 masks when out in public. This the option that I use. It has also been discovered that MRNA delivery systems DOES effect your DNA. Originally, it was thought not to, but more evidence is mounting that it indeed does. The more studies that are done and done correctly, we can use that to make informed decisions.
Now, this is important!! ASK what the risks and side effects are to taking any medication that your doctor is considering. So far as I have learned that this info is not always provided unless you ASK. If they give you that information before you ask, thank them for doing so.

Thanks so much for the info. My PCP (who tries, but knows nothing about LC) ordered a SARS CoV 2 Spike Antibody test. I had requested this type of testing, but didn't know what should be ordered....have a feeling he should have ordered something more comprehensive. Anyway, the Spike AB Dilution was 12,118 U/ml (normal range < 0.8 U/ml). I am 2.5 years out from my last vaccine, 2.5 years out from the bout of Covid that led to Long Covid/POTS/ME, and almost 2 years out from my second bout of Covid. So given the info you've shared, 12,118 seems quite high at this stage. I'm trying to find info, but not coming up with much -- and despite living in Boston and seeing a long list of doctors, I have NOT found a Long Covid specialist (yes, we have a couple LC Clinics associated with area hospitals but they are all a chaotic mess). If you're willing to answer a couple of questions, I'd appreciate it. Just for perspective, am I correct that 12,118 is high and may indicate a persistently high level of spike proteins in my system? And, do you think I should request any other tests? I'm going to follow up on the micro clot testing information that you provided. I just did a study on mitochondrial dysfunction, and am waiting for the muscle biopsy results and have been able to have an invasive CPET and autonomic testing, all of which show significant abnormalities. Anyway, thanks again and look forward to any insights you may have.

I needed a muscle biopsy done like yesterday. It was mentioned by my neurologist...soon.
