Muscles misery post covid
It's been two year since I has covid. During the ten days, I only had fever for a few hours. Day 25 I had asthmatic bronchitis for three weeks. Then, I needed oxygen due to low O2 state of 82 to 88. Then, Euglycemic Diabetic Keto acidosis. Since that day my muscles have twitched, cramped, hurt and feel like they are coming off my skeletal frame. Anyone else? Still on oxygen two years later.

@tatjohns "They were both normal."...not surprising.Hoping you get some relief.5 years here now...virtually all my symptoms have gone.Just some mild brain fog...but that's actually getting better.I've had problems with my legs also...but nothing like yours.God Bless and stay positive.Little steps...that's how this recovery thing works from my experience so far.Your histamines may be high, which your body can't fully deal with right now.Less inflammation means feeling better and positive.Stay in the fight. You got this...

3 Reactions@mmoose72 suefish:I hurt everywhere. Could it be LC?
When I was at The Mayo Clinic last year they asked me about pain and I was having such bad headaches at the time that I hadn't noticed pain anywhere else. They pressed on the pressure points for Fibromyalgia but nothing at the time. But now, I'm having pain during massage or pedicures so it's definitely changed. I know from a a Facebook support group that a high percentage have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since covid.

2 ReactionsThe pain in my leg muscles sometimes gets severe after a low amount of physical exertion. Sometimes my whole body hurts so bad it feels like a severe flu. I have tried for 3.5 yrs to maintain my flexibility and strength with yoga. I believe mitochondria damage is the cause for when i have to crawl up steps to my room.

1 Reaction@thedreamingtree i may be getting into a study with vagus nerve stimulation. My pain coach taught me to do the psychological sigh. It works for vagus nerve stimulation but doesnt last as long i would like it to.

1 Reaction@pdoubrava correction...it is called the physioligical sigh. It helps if u have a moment of stress or panic or heightening sensory symptoms. It relaxes me soooo much. My entire body. Then i tell myself i am safe, my brain is trying to protect me, quickly decide if its something u can control or fix. If not, move on.
