COVID, Post Nasal Drip

I have had COVID for two weeks now. I can't get rid of the very stuffed up nose and post nasal drip into my throat. There is this thick mucus that sits in my throat. I can't clear it. My ears are slightly stuffed up too. I can't fall asleep because I am trying to clear my throat. I can only sleep a few hours a night. I need relief. What has worked for you?

I'm sorry you're having a tough time with post nasal drip after Covid. Do you have MAC or bronchiectasis, lung disorders as well? I see you more typically post in sleep disorders.

With your history of pounding heart, it's probably best to ask your primary doctor for advice on which inhalers to use.
Saline sinus rinses using the Neil Med kits might help. I use them 1-2x/day for sinus issues.
