BP is eradic

Since I had liver cancer surgery my BP is all over the place. It will vary up and down as much as 30 points. The doctors have put me through all the tests and Echo but have no explanation. It acts contrary to the norm, I can monitor it after working out in the heat several hours and it's fine. Then I sit down for a few hours and it elevates. When I prepare for bed some nights it'll be high, I do a 3 minute light workout and it'll go back down to normal. It acts contrary to my activity and the doctors are stumped. If anyone is familiar with my situation and found a solution please let me know.

How stable is your hydration ..during the day. Being well hydrated in my case brings BP stability
btw: I had a kidney transplant 6 yrs.

Is your home bp accurate? Is the doctor's office using an automatic bp machine or doing it manually. Most doc's offices dont vive one time to settle down before a reading. I e had to tell the nurse that I need time for that. Feet flat on floor, no talking ....nurse or patient, dont be worried about asking for a second or third reading. I had been having some very high numbers at the doc's office with the auto cuff. Turns out that I have a slow heartbeat that confuses the auto cuff and causes a abnormally high reading ...manual only now. Also make sure that the cufc is the right size.

My BP is erratic and I am beginning to think it is the beta blocker I am on. I have been taking my BP a couple of times a day and have determined that it is lower if I take it before or skip the pill.

My readings can drop 15 - 20 points in one sitting within minutes of each other. Example: 128 to 115 to 108 . This is without any rest time between the three readings.
And in the Doctors office it is usually 15 to 25 points higher than what I get at home. (And I have taken my device to the office visit and it matches to the reading on the office device)
