What are the exercises for BE ?

Looking into the best exercises for BE.
Have clearing of airways and procedures down . Looking to add anything else that may help.

During one of the various webinars one of the doctors spoke to the importance of cardio, and upper body strength. Search the forum for upper body strength and you'll likely see a lot of recommendations.

That's what my doc told me also! And he has proven to be right. I've always been active anyway but I can really see a difference since I seriously stepped my game up.

I find that if I can walk before I neb (usually at least 2 miles but I like closer to 3.5 or 4) that helps. While I'm nebbing I try and do exercises like arm circles, lifting in various arm positions with 3 lb weight, squats, lunges, wall pushups, running in place, and overall bouncing to get the lymph system going.
