I recently realized the change has been extra hard on my body. Yesterday, my arms and back felt like I had been beaten with a baseball bat.
What do you use as rescue meds for pain? My Rheumatologist has me take two Aleve and a muscle relaxer. Feel better!!

That sounds about right. I take one Tylenol arthritis every morning and if I need something more I will take an Aleve in the evening. I used to take cyclobenzaprine every night but I can no longer take it because it interacts with one of my medications but if I get really bad I will take 5 mg at bedtime
