What’s wrong with me?
Ever since I had Covid a few years ago I’ve been having what I call episodes. They are like a panic attack but different. I have hand tremors, I shiver, get irritable, lightheaded and my insides are screaming.

Sorry if this comes off as cynical, but Youtube is rife with "doctors", or, as in this case, naturopaths, proclaiming that they have single-handedly cracked the Long Covid code, and are offering remedies, typically bundled with significant fees for their acquisition, or, as in this case, for getting sundry tests or bloodwork.
This rather long-winded Anderson fellow is just one amongst many, and I heartily urge caveat empor.
Good for user h2998sc that they've found help from this source, and their voluminous promotion on this forum is noteworthy, but simply ask yourselves whether, if somebody had truly found an effective approach and treatment for LC, it wouldn't have been widely acclaimed and publicized.
It's understandable that people are seeking alternative sources of help since conventional medicine isn't doing too well with this, despite significant resources being expended. But at the same time be sure to rely on your BS detectors, as the gladhanders abound regarding LC, particularly on Youtube where they can self-promote and, incidentally, remove critical comments.

I hope you've received a diagnosis of Long Covid. It's reassuring to have a name put to it.
I've had LC for 5 years and have heard about every symptom possible. I am trying NOT to give you a laundry list of things to do, because it's a step by step process. I've done a zillion things, some work and some don't. But, your symptoms will respond or won't respond, but it doesn't mean anything's wrong with you. If others' suggestions help you then great-- but if they don't, it doesn't mean you don't have it! Try to find an immunologist or doc who gets it. I found one -finally-4 years in. It's a game changer.
Good luck!
Everyone's different. There is no magic bullet.Every infection is different.Whatever works for a person, that's what they need to be doing.Crazy times we live in....
And honestly...it does come off as cynical.Closing your mind to a reality because of 'quacks' or whatever...only the person can make that call.If they're listening, carefully they will click with someone that actually knows what they're talking about.I found mine. He's no quack...google his site....There really are doctors out there, filling the need that conventional doctors really don't want to deal with.
And yes...LOTS of grifters.Google is your friend.
"This rather long-winded Anderson fellow is just one amongst many, and I heartily urge caveat empor"....bold statement.
Do you even have long covid?NO ONE yet can say..'THIS will stop your symptoms.'.He clearly stresses he's NOT giving medical advice. Why do some people get covid and feel fine in a week, while others have this condition going on.I can't say whether his advice helped me or not...and that's just the nature of this virus damage. But I'm pretty sure it's helped me.I haven't now had stomach pain for at least a week.THAT'S a BIG THING.You try something, and wait to see.I know my body went nuts for the first 3 years. All the symptoms.Missed work.Feeling depressed about it all.But today I feel again totally okay pain wise.Brain fog almost gone(mild, doable). No sickness feeling happening.I'm afraid to say 'maybe this is over'...but it really feels like it's ending.
God Bless all here and try to stay positive. It's hard I know.
I think I'll stick to what I'm taking. He clearly states...every case is different. This isn't one thing fixes everything.
