I've had a bone marrow biopsy and the only thing they found was some larger red blood cells in the marrow. Dr 2 says that B12 deficiency can mimic that as well. Bone blasts were 2% and zero bone blasts in the blood. FISH results were normal

oh, Hemoglobin is 13.6, RBC 3.88

Interesting. Generally they say below 5% bone marrow blasts is okay. But I think what they look for is if it's increasing. But at this level you're maybe you're just having bone marrow "factory" startup signals. I.e., your assembly line isn't up to speed yet! I'd be interested to know what your medical team says. Can't really depend on us AML Greek Chorus members for much more than known refrains. Sometimes they're bromides 🤣
