Soft wave therapy for joint pain
Just wondering if anyone has tried Software Therapy? It's relatively new and claims to help the majority of those who use it. Basically it uses strong shockwaves to stimulate the body's ability to heal itself.. I had an introductory session but they want a lot of money to continue. My knee is bone on bone. Anyone familiar?

Are you a gym member? I do all the leg machines at the gym which includes squats and quadricep lifts, I don't know all the names. But you can also look for physical therapists on YouTube that can help!
I have osteoarthritis in right hip. No way that I want a hip replacement. I do water aerobics 3 times a week and it has made a huge difference. I used to be in pain all the time. Not any more. I read that water exercises and/or swimming is the best thing you can do for this. It works!
I heard that too!!! Water is great and not hard on the joints!
