Gabapentin for Fibromyalgia

I take it in the morning and at dinner 200 mg

I tried Duloxetine but it made my head feel weird.

200 mg, two times day

I have been taking Gabapentin for maybe 20+ years. I take two 300mg three times a day…so 1,800mg/day.
I have done well on it, decreasing the pain level a lot.

Tried it one time. Stood up and almost fell out my bedroom window. Super dizzy. I live alone so can't risk falling.

I take both.

300 mg, 3 x per day is 900mg daily - correct?

That is what I am prescribed, so it caught my eye. ( I think you put 1800mg max per day - is that because you can go that high if you need to?)

I take it, as needed, up to 300, 3 x per day. If I am in a flare up, I will take that much, otherwise, I usually just need 200mg, 2 x per day.
