It is called the epley maneuver you can Google it and it will explain the exercises good luck

You can YouTube this and there’s many videos on this subject. I have Benign Positional Vertigo. I am dizzy everyday but no spinning. That only happens if I roll from one side to the other laying down which I hate and avoid but the dizziness is what worries me.
