does anyone else wear gloves 7 month a year around the house?
I can't type or move the mouse without gloves on most of the year.
My hands or fingers don't change color. So I don't think it is Raynauds but just part of Fibro. I have cold feet too and that has been labeled paresthesia a form of neuropathy with unknown cause. I am a woman who wears mens work socks to bed. So lack of circulation to both extremities.

FYI---B-12 is not absorbed well when taken by mouth. Injections are the best way to improve B-12.
My fingers are always cold as are my feet. I do believe it's a fibro thing as well. I'm constantly wearing socks! They are my new favorite thing to buy. Alpaca socks are amazing! When I'm working on my computer, my right hand is ice cold, but my left hand not as cold. It's so strange. I do struggle with staying warm in general. I have to admit once I started taking vitamin D, B6 and B12 it's gotten a little bit better.
michelle I don't remember brands.
I get shoes a half size up & wear thick socks when I can .
Right now one big toe hurts once in a while. Arthritis? ingrown toe nail? Gout? or all of the above.
Yes; I have been wearing gloves (I buy them without the fingertips in bulk from Amazon) at least 7 months a year. Usually by October I have merino wool socks on and my gloves, and I have to keep my house at 63 degrees. Problem is I can't do cold, but hot is bad as well. So I layer up and just keep it on the cooler side, but I can't go outside - winter or anything below 50° is too much. I have Raynaud's but it's not a big deal compared to the MS. It's not the fun kind either, it's primary progressive, and it's already put me in a wheelchair. Hospital bed at home, Being made comfortable although they don't say that. They act as though I will be better soon and will be around for Christmas etc., but I can't swallow anymore, I have had pneumonia all summer, and I am on more medication than I have ever been before. Fentanyl, Dilaudid, and I have just started a sublingual tablet that's some kind of fentanyl derivative but it's a lot stronger, only hospice palliative care and hospital setting/nursing homes etc can dispense it I believe. Sufentanil my son just said. I'm 44 years old, have lived a fun filled life, I'm ready to stop being cold and hot - and really just want the pain to end. I have Pregabalin capsules 300mg 2 per day -- but I can't swallow them anymore. I refused a feeding tube -- my nose is for cocaine only baby. Lol I'm kidding. But I'm starving and I want pancakes. Blueberry pancakes with lots of butter and syrup! Not real though, store bought, I don't like real maple syrup.
So sorry for getting off topic!!!
BUT yep, I wear my gloves. at least I used to - it's 93° today so I'm swollen up like a balloon.
Okay, well, Take care! Keep those tootsies warm this winter.
