In addition to green leafy veggies, YELLOW foods help maintain eyes. And it’s not just veggies. Any yellow food like egg yolks, corn (even popcorn), yellow bell peppers, contain lutein, which is the nutrient that is beneficial to eye health. Pistachios is another non-leafy source high in lutein.

Thanks for your further comment.

In the past, I only ate Broccoli but no green leave vegetables. From now on I'll eat green leave vegetables instead. I eat lot of eggs and cooked salmons. Occasionally I eat red/orange bell pepper. I use olive oil for cooking.

Is Areds2 sold over counter or it needs doctor's prescription to purchase ?
