Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

I response to the study from Greece, I think we can all agree there are so many errors in reporting that we cannot believe this until the original data is reviewed by another source. However there are other studies that support osteogenic loading reasonable for people who cannot do impact. If at all possible we should be doing heavy resistance training and impact but osteogenic loading with qualified coaches is a great substitute for impact. Now that my bone loss has stopped I am comfortable with impact training. New app from New Zealand called Osteo-Gains is a great place to start with pre-conditioning.

I have been going for 5 years and my dexa has improved. I did some research and if you go to the NIH website it has a study that Osteostrong improved Tubercular Bone Scores.

I've been going through the program for 4 months; and already, my muscles and bones feel much stronger. I was using a walker several months ago - now, I have no need for it, and my balance, leg, and core strength have improved greatly. The first time I went for the demo, I pushed 251 lbs. of force on that particular machine, and now I'm pushing 655 lbs. of force. Plus, the studio has a BioCharger machine (a Tesla (the scientist) inert gas invention that participants cluster around to receive the healing benefits of that device and its gases. My "pain" doctor/caregiver also noticed a change in my bone structure and posture. I also follow the dietary and supplement suggestions the studio recommends. You can only go once a week - the body needs the time to rest and regenerate from the 15-minute sessions, so I practice yoga and breathing exercises every day of the week. Best of luck to you...Alex Rose

Wow $99 would be awesome! Boulder Osteostrong is $199/month but worth every dime to keep those horrible drugs out of my system! And showing a 7.2% spine increase and 4.4% hip increase in my first dexa after I did the program for 2 years...I'm coming up to my 4th year soon. And another Dexa in April of 2026. Curious what my results with show then.
