Just located my scores from 2024:

Lumbar:
T-Score: 0.7
Z-Score: 1.2
Normal BMD

Femoral Neck
T-Score: -2.3
Z-Score: -0.7
Osteopenia

Forearm
T-Score: -2.9
Z-Score: -1.1
Osteoporosis

Your T-scores look quite good.
Hope you do not mind my asking but curious to know why your forearm is included in the DEXA scan?
