@strongone21, I'm wishing you well. I'm sure this is a difficult time for you. Knowing that you have two doctors that agree on the treatment plan is reassuring. I found a few discussions and Connect members with KRAS G12D.

Thank you @lls8000! I will take a look at the discussions you noted. I am also watching Zoldonrasib which seems to be in clinical trial now for G12D.

I have the KRASG12C mutation and after my second y90 treatment for lung mets will start a new fda approved pill called KRAZATI I would call manufacturer or ask your doc if they have one for you! 🙏💖 they are coming up with new fda approved treatments all the time!
