If the osteopenia reverts back to osteoporosis I will most likely have to have the Reclast treatments again. I didn't do anything else as far as medications but I make sure I get enough calcium. I also have osteoarthritis so I did have two knee replacement surgeries at the Mayo Clinic. Bone health is very important for me and I also take vitamin D supplements since I'm chronically low with my levels.
