@mamajite Biomarkers result shows only KRAS G12D, for which there is no approved targeted therapy yet :(. Only pending is Tempus test which I am not sure if its going to change anything.

@strongone21, I'm wishing you well. I'm sure this is a difficult time for you. Knowing that you have two doctors that agree on the treatment plan is reassuring. I found a few discussions and Connect members with KRAS G12D.

- @zora0121 has G12D mutation. @zora0121, did you have immunotherapy in addition to your chemo regimen?
