SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile blood test.

If you have not had one of these test, you may want to request one. One thing it will tell you is how much of the spike protein is in your blood. Mine is over 17,000, which is high. I had the J and J shot and came down with Covid twice. Still waiting for my micro clotting test results.
This is how my LC clinic explained things to me.
The pathology of the spike protein is that it attaches to ACE 2 receptors and nicotinic receptors decreasing the ability to be released and metabolized. This causes overall inflammation throughout. Clotting cascade occurs leading to micro-clotting and hypoxic tissue causing cellular dysregulation. Anti-body response increases spike antibodies that also cause inflammation. Goal of therapy is to help release spike protein from cells, decrease overall inflammation and address micro-clotting with a layered treatment approach.
Because of my Mast Cell Activation response to the spike protein, we need to get my mast cells under control before going after the spike proteins and micro clotting.
I am not sure if my info will help anyone else, but I have many of the same symptoms that LC patients have.
I have started the treatment plan a few weeks ago and my bad insomnia has been significantly improved, sleeping 7-8 hours a night.
I have not taken any of the boosters, and after seeing my level of spike protein already in my system, it has proven a wise choice. I do wear an N95 if I am in public places.

I really appreciate this info and would love to get these tests done myself. Do you have any specific information about the tests or links to further info? I’ll need to tell my PCP exactly what I want (and even then he’ll be a jerk about it). I’d also appreciate any info about your treatment plan that you’d be willing to share.

The test I took are the ANA, D timer, and a few others. They showed nothing significant the ANA is for nuclear antibodies and may show if you had Mono in the past the D timer shows Micro clotting. But all these tests were before Long covid so not sure how relevant as my symptoms certainly indicate something that is not being picked up so all these clinics are using test that may not be relevant for us. In the research world they are able to pick up bio markers for Long covid but they are using test and equipment that are not available to the LabCorp of the world. Everyone should take the newsletter responsum for long covid and there's an app for that and that gives updated information on research and is hopeful. This week they featured a phase 3 trial for FDA approval for two drugs and combination one of which is Lipitor. The other drug which I forgot sorry has been used at Stanford Harvard and mass General. They are on an FDA fast track for commercial approval. Another company dogwood therapeutics is also in trial for a combination drug using Celebrex and an antiviral for commercial development.

Which test did you take that showed your spike protein?

Do you know the name of the micro clotting test? I can’t find it on the labcorp website. My PCP won’t have a clue what to do with the results, but I’d like to have one test that shows that there is actually something wrong — as opposed to the dozens of tests that all come back “normal.”

D-dimer ?

I recently took the Labcorp spike protein antibody blood test and my result is over 25,000. Is there any new information about what this means and what to do?

I just recently got mine tested- above 18,000. What therapies did you try and did you have any success lowering your numbers?

Good morning! My case is going to be different from most, simply because I am on immunoglobulin therapy. Immunoglobulin contains donated/sold plasma from thousands of people. It will skew the tests because you can’t separate what’s mine from what came in with the donated plasma.
At the time, I was working with a long covid clinic. They utilize some supplements, but I can’t take them because of the MCAS. They, well meaningfully, started throwing everything including the kitchen sink, but I was only getting worse. I stopped using them for that reason and they don’t take insurance. I can’t afford to spend more $$$$ with them on suggestions.
I can tell you what 2 supplements they use, but you really need to be under a healthcare professional. They use NAC and Nattokinaise.
I am actually now building a team of integrated medical professionals. My western medical doctors are at an impasse.
I wish and pray the best for you!

Were you tested for the spike protein?

So for those who've had the spike protein test and it has come back high, what do they DO about it? I don't mind asking for it, but only if it's going to make a difference in treatment . . .

I was tested for the antibodies. I don’t think that there is a test for the spike protein itself, but things could have changed in a year.
The LC clinic at the time, I think believes that if you have the antibodies, you have spike protein too. They were working with a company in another country who was developing a way to separate the two, but I didn’t qualify because I couldn’t tolerate the Augmented NAC. I think the company is call Zero Spike …something. If you ‘ve had the jab and or Covid, you could still have spike protein in you. I think that it was possibly Yale or Harvard that was doing the study and found that for some people the spike proteins were still in there systems after almost 800 days. It didn’t go further than 800 days because Covid wasn’t around prior to that in this particular study. Double check my information. I could be mistaken.

I think what you are referring to are the antibodies. Spike protein antibodies. As far as I know, there are no actual tests for the spike protein. At least, that what I’ve been told. A company call “zero spike” is working on developing that test.yes, I was tested, and the antibodies are very high. But, because I’m on immunoglobulin therapy, which comes from thousands of plasma donors, the results are skewed. You can’t separate the antibodies, so the results are invalid.
