Hello, @maudon, and welcome ! The symptoms you describe (ie dreamlike state) are very much a part of MS for some of us. I suffer this state quite often. Luckily for me it only last a day or two at a time and at times only hours. Please check out this article http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/features/living-with-multiple-sclerosis-it-s-the-hidden-symptoms-of-ms-which-have-the-most-impact-10103094.html I have found in my case and with others I know that this state is directly tied to another symptom of MS, Fatigue. I hope this is helpful and good luck!
