Worst symptoms:
1. Fatigue, by far. Getting to sleep and staying asleep. I am taking Tylenol PM, Flexeril to relax muscles and ashwanga mushroom gummies to relax. Nothing seems to help.
2. Hair loss. Five years of it! Lost about half of my hair initially which is growing out as I continue to lose more. My hairbrush fill up with hair at each use.
3. Mucus and more mucus, thick, heavy, milky white to yellow to celery green. Have had antibiotics, nasal wash, mucinex, nasal spray. I wake up coughing with it settled in my throat and have to clear it all out.

July 13, 2025 - In response to gregorb: 3 worst post-COVID symptoms: 1) resurgence of EBV viral loads seen in bloodwork and the accompanying, recurrent, sudden, irresistible fatigue that puts me almost instantly to sleep. (Feel much better after nap.) 2) Unusual sinus symptoms: Nose drip that oddly seems to be from the TIP of my nose (not experienced in this specific location before COVID), plus unending post-nasal drip, mucus producing cough, exacerbated gustatory rhinitis. 3) fear of being in congregate situations for more than 3 hours at a time, which has been the precursor 100% of the time when I contracted COVID (4x since March, 2020). Interested to hear from other folks. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply and valuable input. Yes. I've had post nasal drip for 13 months now. Trying an antihistamine today for first time. Should be interesting. Good luck to us all.

Does anyone have excessively high anxiety like you’ve never ever experienced in your life before? My top 3/4 are:
-the horrible unrelenting anxiety I just mentioned
-sleep disturbance
-lack of appetite/can’t eat
-fuzzy head (not cognitive decline) I call it zombie brain

Just wondering what specific symptoms did LDN and Abilify help?

Jump to this post

Hi Greg. Sorry for the slow reply. LDN and Abilify reduced my fatigue, brain fog and headaches by about 70%. Also almost eliminated photophobia which was preventing me from using a computer.
