Hi, I was overly tired on days I took my meds when first starting. I’d get up at 6.00am take meds and by 12 noon I was out, needed a sleep. I think it was my body adjusting to the shock of all meds. At 3 months it had improved. Not so bad. Take a nap when needed in initial stages. Best of luck to you
