Not knowing your medical history really hard to give you my experience with this.

So many things affect going outdoors with bad air quality. Do you have allergies, lung issues, bronchial issues, sinus issues? I have those things and I have a ICD/Pacemaker.

I am very sensitive to bad air and pollen. So on bad air qualilty days I walk inside my home. I have set up a walking route and do at least 20 minutes to still get my exercise.

Your questions would best be answered by your EP, or cardiologist who knows your complete medical history

May I add that it may be worth your while to find an alternate place to walk? Malls are great!
