Anyone try Cold Plunge or Infared Sauna Therapy for PMR?

Hi,

Just curious if anyone has gotten any pain/symptom relief from PMR by implementing cold plunge/hot sauna therapy into daily/weekly routines?

Yea. I saw that. They sell home units. I'm really considering getting one. Please let me know if there are any board discussions regarding the use of an infrared sauna.
