Does anyone else experience facial paresthesia?

One of my worst symptoms now is facial paresthesia, a numb, cold feeling in different parts of my face that is always worse in the afternoon. Does anyone else have this?

Looks like yet another gift from Long COVID - just found this article that used acupuncture and some chinese herbs:

Thank you for taking the time to provide this very interesting citation. I have used acupuncture to relieve sciatica in the past, so I am a believer. Other members of my family have also been helped with different problems. Our acupuncturist was trained in China.
