there is no hope for me
so 4 years ago i lived in a moldy place and since then to this day i developed hypersenstivity to mold, where as a reaction to it i get brain fog, this condition is chronic, debilitating and constant, and the worst part is that medicine doesnt recognises it and there isnt enough reaserch about it so im litearlly doomed to suffer, i cant see myself living my whole life with this brain fog because of it, i also have other health conditions and baisically i suffer all day everyday but with this problem it is the worst because i know you cant get better, the only "treatments" out there i found where psuedoscientific quakeris about "detox" i better be dead at this point than keep living misrebaly with all my chronic illnesses (which this one is the worst since theres no treatment)

Did you ever think about , looking for help differently.
Chinese medicine, alternative medicine, nature path etc.
Clean eating, specific exercises?
My husband was very sick when he was young and nobody could help him ( stomach ulcers) ulcers on his whole body!
He had so many surgeries but they came back always again.
He was poisoned from a wood stain, that we used for painting the whole house. ( Xyladecor)!
He was so sick that he couldn’t work anymore, brain fog, headaches, skin on hands and feeds broke up and bleed, it was horrible.
Finally, after long researches we found somebody who worked with leeches, what a blessing, a few visits and his whole body healed up.
For his stomach problems, I explored hop healthy spelt corn is, I baked my own bread with spelt flour for years.
After years of suffering we finally explored the alternative medicine.
We both, my husband and I were so fascinated, that he studied for nature path and Chinese medicine and I studied nature path psychology
To be always ready to help ourselves and also family and friends.
We still think working with leeches is the best ever, wonderful animals who can do “miracles”!
Hope this gives you hope 🙏
PS.2011 we immigrated from Germany to Alaska and never regretted. It’s a different lifestyle, a lot of fishing and hunting and our nature.
I feel the same way sometimes with my back pain.
Don't give up! Keep pushing forward. Are you exposed to that much mold,? And what other illnesses?
The dosage for the lysine is a total of 1000mg once a day (hence 500mg x 2 pills/capsules).
I suffered from long covid as well I think, which no one could explain at the time. Severe dizziness, breathlessness, couldn't even water the yard with a hose without my heart palpitating, random vision problems, buzzing in my forehead, constant and severe anxiety, and the list went on.
It has finally subsided after a couple of years, numerous dr appts and ER visits resulting in nothing ever being done other than verifying I'm in perfect health.
I did end up starting 5k UI vit d3 a day about 8 months ago, 100 mcg vit k2, and some L-Theanine supplements. I will say that if that wasn't part of my recovery (maybe I just needed time), I've only been sick once since then. It was bad, but it went away within 2 days. I had a terrible deep cough and sinus pressure, and we had bought tickets to Seaworld, and had already moved our date out twice since buying them, so I was not going to miss again, even though I was feeling horrible. I just bumped my vit d3 up to 10k and took some other supplements and some ibuprofen. As luck would have it, it turned out to be heavily misting and 40 degrees that whole day we walked around the park, and I thought for sure it was going to turn into pneumonia because the next day my cough was really bad. But crazy, by the end of that day, I was already starting to feel better, and by the next day was clearing up. I've never had such a short, bad cough, turn around like that. All that to say, I think my immune system is so much stronger now with the vit d3. I do get out in the sun a lot, but this was in the late fall.
Of course, speak with your dr about any changes to your supplements or meds. I had started vit d3 because my d3 level was 30, which is the bare minimum. It's now 80.
Yes! I always try natural methods before I resort to Western medicine. Your story is very inspiring. I am using Genuine Essiac Tea right now, which has a lot of research behind it, mostly for cancer. Cudos to you for stretching outside our traditional medicines to find ways to heal. There are so many options and what is hardest for me is that there are very few practitioners who can "prescribe" holistic/homeopathic options, and no insurance support, even though, if they would embrace it and support it finincially, it would save money.
I’m so sorry you’re suffering. You mentioned a lot of supplements or taking high amounts of Vitamin D. I take several supplements which my Functional Medicine Doctor (chiropractor) prescribed for me and D-3 is one of them. I began my supplements about 2 years ago and they have made a huge difference in my strength on a daily basis. I also suffer from Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism which makes me tired some days. I’m praying that all we need is time. I will be into this 3 years in December, still without taste or smell, but other symptoms are better. I’ll take it as a win I guess…
