Egg consumption
I'm a 24 yr. old male. Perfect BMI, no health issues. Looking to start consuming 2 eggs per day [chicken eggs]. Friends say it will lead to cholesterol issues in the future.
Need advice from people who consume 2 eggs or more per day and whether they have encountered any health complications.

I am 77 and have eaten at least two eggs everyday of life from age 2 until today. I have not had neurological or heart problems. My cholesterol is a bit elevated. I have really high hdl and 5 mg. of a statin. Unless your friends are nutritionists and are reading the most current research, you might want to disregard their well intentioned advice. In the current state if U S. Healthcare i have found that it is very important to do our own research which requires work and effort to find real research not the stuff that you might find on social media. Another thing i might offer is live to the fullest......we can't know what will come.
Great question @suan. I don't eat 2 eggs everyday but do eat my share quite often. I did see a recent article on your question and thought I would share it.

That not a thing. In the 80s eggs got a bad name. It's been debunked.
Eggs are inflammatory. You might want to maybe not eat them everyday because of that.
Inflammatory?
I have been diagnosed with Celiac's disease [sorry, didn't mention that before], so my food choices are rather limited. And of course, everything from apples to tea can be inflammatory.
Could you shed some light on this? Have you encountered inflammation with eggs and to what extent?
Thanks @gravity3 for your opinion. I had asked some medical professionals about this. Their advice ranged from eating 4 eggs a day to eating 5 in a week. So, I thought maybe ask people who actually consume them rather than rely on meds who don't consume themselves (I literally asked them).
I have Crohn's disease. I worked with a Crohn's Colitis dietian. They were the ones one told me that egg are inflammatory. It's the whites that cause inflammation. Also eggs are a good are a good that people can have food sensitivity to. Food sensitivity is different that an allergy. But it still impacts the immune system.
I'm 78, and have been eating at least 3 eggs a day for over 20 years. They've never caused me any problems.
