I was switched from gabapentin to Lyrica as it goes better with other medications I take. I have severe nerve pain from my neck across shoulder and down my arm due cervical stenosis with radiculopathy among other things All on right side and I am right handed. I have been on Lyrica for several years. (A fall September 24 didn’t help!!) Started with a low dose and slowly worked up to 100mg 3 x a day. I have not noticed any significant side effects. I’ve gained a few pounds but I needed to. Not sure if Lyrica is the reason.
