@bujanowicz I am a spine patient and had spinal cord compression at C5/C6. The burning and electric pain you describe is nerve pain. Am I understanding correctly that you've had a DVT blood clot that is preventing any spine surgery and you need to remain on blood thinners? Have you discussed with your providers how to get past this dilemma? I do think to have surgery, you would need to stop blood thinners temporarily, but it sounds like you may not be able to do that safely.
