I have had shingles for 6 months and Now have severe shingles PHM. It's like a steel band around my torso and it is with me constantly. I have nerve blocks, Tried all of the medicines, All of The sauves,TENS unit,virtual reality, prayer, meditation , cbd cream...nothing helps.
My life is not my own.

Has it lightened up since June? I am experiencing that right now along with sciatica. I am in so much pain and no meds help that they give me. My left side torso also feels numb but yet has pain. I also feel like I have a steel band around me.
