I can imagine how challenging and time consuming it is to read every label when shopping. Do you suffer from just food allergies? or seasonal and environmental allergies as well?
I HAVE many allergies - the blue dye in detergents etc. Will I get a print out of what I AM ALLOWED TO USE after appointment?once had a stack of papers w the brands and products that i am Not allergic too.Marian Dooley<br><br>

I've been to allergists, last one had too complicated method of exploration. 20 years ago, saw allergist that at the end gave me a pile of lists of EVERYTHING I COULD USE. Much easier to not have to look for ingredients in every product or food that I buy. This included brand names products.
I live in Redondo Bch. CA. I also live near Phoenix - Sun City West. If you know any allergists there?
Do you know of a Dr. that gives one a list like that. Mari
