I definitely do. When I sit in a chair or in the car, I also fold two hand towels and place one under each leg. That allows my groin to float. And I do my stretches from my pelvic floor PT. My pain was terrible until I backed off my hormones a lot and then my pain improved.

I'm just having a compound done, but Dr said to try the amitriptylin first. Trying everything. I'm going to ask about your compound mix. I sit on a donut. My flare started from a papsmear. Thanks for the info.

Is your pain more external than internal? Mine is usually external but I had a bad reaction to topical hormones and ended up needing a transvaginal pudendal block and an ilioinguinal block from my urologist. It calmed things down. I'm going to my pain clinic in two weeks for an external low back pudendal block to see how much it helps.
