Was so tired that I ate out tonight after fasting and had baked potato with all the sides and pork chop and strawberry pie. Ruined my fast. It tasted so good. But will have to Start over tomorrow Sann

From what I've read about IF, it's ok to fall off the wagon now and again. After all, we are only human. My limited advice would be to get back on to it, and don't feel guilty about the occasional slip.
My fasting period is usually from 5pm to 9am. If I go out for dinner, & finish eating by 8pm, then I plan to fast until midday the next day.....Scotty.
