my left eye is very blurry/cloudy and I can't see with it most of day. Varies little by afternoon. Getting very difficlult to drive, esp. at night, and to judge steps, etc. while walking. Would you recommend a corneal transplant, and how did it help you?

Hi, I was diagnosed with Fuchs corneal dystrophy when I was 65. I am now 85. I've had no problems/symptoms until about 2 months ago when my right eye became increasingly blurry. Dr said it is due to FCD. I also have glaucoma both eyes and take Timolol twice a day for that. I have started (2 weeks ago) Muro 128 drops four times a day in that rt eye plus the Muro 128 ointment at bedtime. My new job!😊 It seems to be helping . The vision in that eye was 20/70 and has improved to 20/60.
He said continue with all drops and the ointment and hopefully it will improve more.
He has also referred me to a Corneal Specialist .
