@wadev
What medications are you taking? Do you have any other health conditions or diagnoses like diabetes? Do you smoke/vape/drink alcohol/do drugs? If so, it is really important to stop to improve your health and reduce symptoms.

Are you working with a nutritionist/dietitian, physiotherapist and do you have a support system/counselor to help you with mental health while you deal with you physical health challenges?

I experience these symptoms and have never had cardiac or pulmonary issues. I had a CT two days ago to rule out blood clots. I was relieved to learn that I do NOT have blood clots. What I do have is small airway disease and was started on an inhaler yesterday with some improvement. I hope this is helpful. Praying for answers and recovery!

Has anyone ever told you - you have cardiac microvascular disease? So many folks never heard of this...very common in women. I take ranolazine 500 mg. x2 day since 2013 after 1 stent placement...and after the stent my angina still continued. Then I was diagnosed with MVD and started ranolazine. It has been very effective for the past 11 years, no side effects. I am now 70. Where are you in the country? If in California, Cedars-Sinai Medical Facility has done extensive research and work in MVD. Dr. C. Noel Bairey Merz (cardiologist) is the top expert in the country on this condition Goggle her, check her out on U tube, call the facility...if in fact, you do have this condition, she/the facility is the way to go - they can help you, point you in the right direction.
Be assertive. To have a physician (cardiologist?) tell you - "there is nothing I can do for you" is completely unacceptable and inaccurate. I wish you the best, research is involved here...contact Cedars-Sinai, even if you don't have MVD - they are tops in cardiology. Or goggle US News & World Report for the top 10 Cardiac Centers in the country. One may be close enough for you to travel to...even if it is a trip, your health and well-being is WORTH IT. Best of luck to you!
