Hello,
I had a Novasure endometrial ablation on Wednesday, January 15, 2014.
About a month after that, I noticed that I could no longer achieve orgasm without the use of a vibrator. I didn't think much about it at the time because I assumed it had to do with being a mom to 2 kids under the age of 5, while working full time and just generally feeling exhausted.
Now, over 11 years later, I am still experiencing the same difficulty with climax.
When I spoke to the doctor who performed the ablation, she said that it was not something that could result from the procedure.
However, she has since retired and I have a new gynecologist who says that it is possible that the procedure may have affected nerve endings in the area.
I'm not finding any more information about this online and I would love to know if there are other women out there experiencing a similar situation and if there is anything that can be done to help.
Thank you.

It wouldn't hurt to use a systemic vasodilator to try to increase the blood flow and sensitivity first, before any expensive procedures. I use a daily 2.5MG Tadalafil. I get a 90-day supply at Mark Cuban CostPlus, it's very cheap. The Vulva and Clitoris are full of testosterone receptors. You might want to add a local testosterone cream to the area. I use a compounding Rx testosterone 4mg/DHEA 25MG/GM cream daily. Testosterone has a vasoactive effect also.
