Hi @margui70 Like @rosemarya said, you did absolutely the correct thing to call your transplant team for guidance.
If your husband does develop a fever, that can indicate an infection and he may need to be prescribed antibiotics. If there are signs of swelling or obvious infection and you don’t feel he can wait until tomorrow to be seen, there are often emergency dental clinics or practitioners who take weekend emergencies. Especially in places like Jacksonville with high tourist areas.
When we are in FL for the winter there are several emergency or first care facilities, some indicating it includes emergency dental care.
Most dental practices also have answering services. Have you tried calling his dentist?

Thanks a lot; we are right now visiting a dentist go will treat his pain. Wishing you and you family many many blessings. It a difficult journey but I’m so grateful for our miracle. Hugs ! 😘🙏🏻😇🌹
