Knowing normal is a big help!
I didn’t realize why it’s normal until after several treatments, some different where he roughs up the bone with his needle to get medicine to bring blood, stuff to help healing. Doesn’t hurt when doing it, but after…😝 not ablation though. Take care of yourself and be positive for your healing!
Keep in touch 💐
I can't thank you enough for all your input. It really has helped. Yesterday was rough. I ached all over, but it's just the usual pain today. Did you feel heat when he hit the nerves? I've read that it could feel like a sunburn inside the body. I didn't feel any heat. I hope that was normal. You are so sweet and caring, and I thank you so much! Good luck on your journey, too!

It’s all good…that is what this site is for. And thank you!
I didn’t feel any heat when he did it, but I’m sure everyone has a different experience. Glad you are back to normal pain 🤔 I think
Now you can start the getting better process. You might keep a diary, short notes, and every couple days note your pain level etc. As you start to change, it can be hard to remember
how it was. Because the process is so slow.
But keep us informed as you go!
First, I'm 73 had first back surgery 2014 and a really big spine surgery 2020. I've some relief with injections but now I'm like you, hard to stand as pain gets worse. The one thing you don't mention is pain meds. I find Oxycodone gets me out of the recliner. I've found limiting the amount of the pills has worked to take the edge off while avoiding the euphoria that leads to addiction. My other comment is arthritis. My arthritis has been getting worse the last 3-4 years. Hip replacement and both shoulders are shot and a knee is getting there too. Pretty much all of our joints are targets for pain. I also use turmeric supplements and have actually had some relief in my hands since I started it. I don't think more exercise helps anymore but we need to keep moving. Finally, I've found a couple cannibis products make life better. Good luck
Hello there i had spinal nerve ablation which helped and got me more mobile and able to break down some scar tissue causing epidural fibrosis at operation site.good luck with your spine journey!
Yes and for me it worked 100%. The down side is that it lasted about 6 months which is typical. I then had a second spinal ablation and the back ache was helped about 65 to 70%. No complications or discomfort with the procedure. This was 10 months ago and my back is still a problem. I'm looking into endoscopic thizotomy now. My back impacts my whole life!

Good luck it’s worked miracles for me!
I do it twice a year, it’s worked wonders for me. I have spondylolisthesis and I get it done at Cleveland clinic.
Praying with you … I see PM tomorrow and will see what he thinks for treatment
