Dizziness related to tachycardia? Should I see a cardiologist?

My brother has had chronic dizziness 7/24 for about two to three years the only relief is to lay on his back and not move, he has been to numerous hospitals and has had test after test, and they even tried to realign his crystals but to no avail. Has anybody out there had this and would you let me know what you are doing about it?

I don’t know about realigning crystals but your ears have a good deal to do with your balance Maybe find a University Hospital with a good Ent department. They usually have the best doctors and are up on all the latest procedures
