Manufacture change in inhalents

Have emphysema stage 4…one of my inhalers ( sub for symbicort) changed manufactures ( AstraZeneca to Breyna Mylan) and now seem to be increasing mucas buildup in lungs…. Has anyone else experienced this when changing manufactures of medicine?….

I have often seen changes in therapeutics with changes of manufacturers some have given rashes and/or other changes in God only knows. They don't compound them the same way nor use the same substances. because why? It's cheaper! Bad enough we have to rely on the integrity of the Big Pharma then turn around a trust the smaller, less regulated companies! And not necessarily in the USA ! It's scary !
