Oral Surgery cause long covid flare

Posted by mclelland1958 @mclelland1958, 3 days ago

I had a tooth extracted and 2 days later I felt exhaustion. I am at day 5 and still feel exhausted. Had anyone experienced minor surgery that resulted in debilitating symptoms (fatigue)?

Hello, I had an upper tooth extracted last August and still have fatigue, pain, gum aches. Recently went to another dentist, he did all kinds of X-rays, cold and hot sprays, he could not find anything except he said there was a muscle and it was bothering me and could be causing my jaw aches. Wish I could help you but I just wanted to tell you so you know you are not alone

Hi. I had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy last Friday and I am still feeling extreme fatigue and joint/bone pain, increased anxiety and depression. I’ve been trying to figure out if it is due to my procedures? Feels like every step forward is three steps back.

For me, any type of increased stress (dental visit, driving to a new doctor's office, spouse in a really bad mood) sets my fatigue into overdrive. I have learned not to schedule two appointments on the same day as that is a killer! Have tried meditation and visualization which helps a bit...and try very hard to stay chill!
