Monolaurin for long covid?
Greetings, friends, long covid for a long time here. A friend's son is taking Monolaurin after mono and given all the research into Epstein-Barr Virus and long covid, I wondered if anyone has tried it? Thank you, Be well, Greg

About 15 years ago, my wife had a bad cold? I forget exactly what was going on, but I was recommended to get her monolaurin.
I don't know about its relationship to COVID, but this much I can tell you. My wife had had plantar warts for over 20 years.
She started taking the monolaurin and those plantar warts?
they just disappeared.
And I mean, almost like magic. Was even a little creepy to witness.
So that stuff is definitely real.
Again, I don't know what kind of effect it would have on COVID, but that stuff is definitely a powerful force for healing.
What is your dose for antihistamine?
In researching treatment for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, which has identical symptoms to my type of Long Covid, I found that high doses of antihistamines don’t have negative effects. So I take 40 mg famotidine and 20 mg cetirizine each morning and also 125 mg of doxylamine at bedtime which helps me sleep but doesn’t have hangover effect like Benadryl.
I’ve been taking bromelain (1000 mg) NAC (500 mg), fish oil omega 3’s (2,000 mg) and vitamin D3 (5,000 IU’s)
They’ve been working pretty well so far.
meditating and repeating scripture has actually helped a lot as well for my physical brain health.
I repeat the last verse of Psalm 42 which is, “Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and m God.”
That helped me a lot.
Nattokinase is also good.
God bless!
For long term covid try- lysine 500 mg twice a day PLUS
iodine 12.5 mg once a day
Take both until you feel better, usually feel better in about a week. Then take the above for three more weeks.
