Does anyone have any experience with MEIBO (PF) drops for dry eyes?

I've tried many suggestions from several ophthalmologists for my dry eyes, which started after Cataract surgery.
My current ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic has suggested Meibo drops. She sent the Rx to BlinkRX, and with my insurance, it's $627!

The European equivalent to Meibo is called Evotears. You can order through the German website of either Amazon or Apohealth. The current pricing is on the order of $20USD including shipping for a 30ml bottle, with no subscription required.

The dry eyes journey can be a long and winding road. I have insufficient limbal stem cells, seeing a cornea specialist and using lots of eye drops. Good luck to you!

I’ve been on Miebo for about a year I will have to say I’m blessed looking at what others pay I use blink and with my insurance I get it for free . I have Sjögren’s and very dry eyes I use the Miebo during the day and Systane gel drops at night . I like the Miebo because it feels more like an oily drop and helps my eyes.
