Excessive mucus without cough
Dear kind community group
I am Hisham Hussain. 40 years
I have been suffering with excessive mucus coming from lungs with out coughing 3 months ago.
I find difficulty to expel continually accumulating phlegm coming from my lungs to throat
my case get worsen day by day and i feel recently short-breathing.
what make my case get worse is that i have not cough to help in expelling mucus out so it go to accumulate into lungs and airways.
I took montelukast and xyzal medicines for 2 weeks but i did not feel any better
have you found anything that helps ?

thanks for the information. It's interresting - a german translation was available. I also found other interresting reports. But it was not allowed to copy this for you. So it seems, that some people still are working on it... but i think - they will still need more than 1 test-mouse for developing a new drug.

@hishamhussain, I also suffer from excessive mucus in my lungs. I am elderly and have COPD. One thing I found that helps, but does not cure, is called black cumin seed oil softgels. I do not know where you live, but if it is in and/or close to Europe, there is a place online called TheBlessedSeed.com and they sell strong strength softgels. They do ship overseas. They are amazing people to deal with. Hope this information may be of help for you,

@ Merry: actually I've got no ideas, thats why i looked about new research- results. The second interresting project is the reduction of slimy cells with electric impulses (like laser). The first study was succesfull. But the problem is to get part of the next study in Atumn.
@ hishamhussein: thanks for your help - i try to find out something about black cumin seed oil softgels.
But now it's time for sleeping. It's half past 2 in the night (in germany).

Yes, @merpreb, water is helpful for a lot of health disorders. Not to mention that it is readily available!

yes - I'm testet of all. I've got to less IgG3 + to much IGE. And allergies of nearly all things - but still since late autumn last year - before nothing/ no problems in garden or with food . Now I will try the black-current (in germany not available as gum, only pills or oil)- recommendet from hishamhussein.

Excessive mucus getting produce in my throt. Due to mucus, facing issue with resperation. And coughing due to mucus in throt.
-1year before I suffered with cough then I took medicine.but don't know how this mucus getting produce.i shown almost all doctor in my area(MD,ENT) but no use.Doctor said, allergy/due to pollution.. I am scared,because due to mucus I should not face some dangerous issue in future.. Can anyone help me out from this issue? Please please guide me..it will help me..this means alot
Mayo, lung doctor, proscribed an allergy nasal spray through Mayo. It has been a life saver and changed my life. I suffered from to much mucus for years and years.
