If this were me, I would be at an urgent care, sooner than later.
@misswackadoodle. I agree with @auntieoakley If this were me I would go to urgent care of the emergency department of the local hospital as soon as possible. What you described sounds like it requires very quick medical care.
Will you do that?
@misswackadoodle
Definitely get to the ER as soon as possible. Talk to your gynecologist and primary doctor for guidance. Losing a lot of blood isn’t good and can cause you to pass out from low oxygen flow. It is concerning because it is sudden. Did you recently do anything to injure your abdomen/fall/exertion or get a recent vaccination? Covid vaccines can cause disruption in hormones. Do you use hormone replacement therapy or have fibroids? Have you seen your gynecologist for an exam recently or have you had a colonoscopy within the last 5 years?

i had a similar experience.
i waited 2 weeks to see my gyno. when i got there i was sent to the ER and admitted to the hospital for a blood transfusion because i had lost so much blood. i was in the hospital for 3 days.
when i was released i went thru tests to determine the root cause (biopsy and CT) .
wand
it was determined that i have endometrial cancer and had to have a radical hysterectomy.
i begin radiation treatment next week - for a total of 5 brachy (wand inserted into the vagina) treatments
