Does your pain get worse with changing weather?
It's been a couple of stormy days here and that equals bad pain for me.
For the past few years spring has been awful. My joints ache but I also have terrible inflammation.
Winter isn't as bad for some reason although I still have stiffness but my peripheral neuropathy is more painful in warmer weather.
Just wanting to hear from anyone willing to share their experiences with pain and weather.
What helps your pain the most?

Yes I think you're spot on. I get headaches too, the worst pressure in my head during storms. I'm constantly cooling as well! I keep a window air in my bedroom because it helps me sleep and cool down faster if needed.
Peripheral neuropathy, but just in the past few months.
Glad it works for you and WISH it was legal in Wisconsin.
Oh, yes! Have OA up and down my spine (fused in many areas), an elbow, soft tissue problem in one knee (no OA on XRay) and in R foot and lower leg (accident residual).
Live in upper midwest, lots of changing weather year round.
About a year ago I ended up getting major stomach problems because of my aspirin intake. 😥 It helped SO much and now I can’t take any NSAIDs because of that. Argh!
I use ice, heat, rub on gels and creams and Diclofenac seems to help for a few hours.
Massage helps but only temporarily. :< (
I really upset my stomach with Nsaids and now have chronic gastritis and can't take them either! It's awful, I take them very sparingly if needed. I've been on hydrocodone but it's not the same.
Ah, sorry. Hopefully you will figure out your triggers a bit more with time.
Exactly what happened to me last year. I have taken it for so many years no problem. Ended up losing 20#, nausea and didn’t want to eat. NO MORE NSAIDs…
Sad thing is while I can and do use a small amt of hydrocodone but as I told my MD it feels dumb to take a narcotic when an NSAID would help because I really needed the anti-inflammatory med more than anything.
I know, I could barely drink water at times let alone eat anything.
I remember about croaking over holding nsaids before any procedure.
Stomach can't handle steroids either. Wish this thing would have held out a little longer!!
I do get trigger point injections with steroids in my back and neck. The only thing that keeps me upright. I think.
I just got diagnosed with OA in some of my finger and toe joints.
Waiting for insurance to approve mri of neck, spine, hips. Interesting to see what they'll see or won't see
Oh my, does it ever! I have rheumatoid arthritis, spinal stenosis, and severe osteoporosis, plus others. I feel for you all and I know what we all endure!
